Dedicated to your mental wellness

Louisville Mental Health Group, established in 2016 by Stacey Mattingly-Neal, Tyler Horn, and Kim Sullivan, is a private practice offering a wide range of mental health services. Our multidisciplinary team specializes in individual and family therapy, group therapy, case management, EMDR, community support, and reunification services. We work collaboratively to create individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring they receive the highest level of care. We accept most commercial insurances, all Medicaid plans, and private pay. Currently, we are welcoming new clients for all services, including child and adolescent group therapy and disordered eating group therapy.

Family Therapy

Family therapy at Louisville Mental Health Group helps improve communication & strengthen relationships within families.

Cognitive Behavioral

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy helps manage anxiety, depression, and stress through proven, practical therapeutic techniques.

Play Therapy

Play therapy helps children express emotions, build coping skills and enhance emotional well-being effectively.

Targeted Case Management

TCM is the backbone of our community based services. A Case Manager can meet you where you are. If you are at risk of homelessness, don’t have enough food, or need someone to help you find a therapist, or help with communication with your current treatment team. Case Managers are multi-talented, and there’s no way we can list all the ways they can help!

Our Mission

Our collaborative team works closely to develop personalized care plans, ensuring comprehensive, compassionate treatment for each client. We proudly accept most commercial insurances, all Medicaid plans, and private pay. We are currently welcoming new clients of all ages, as well as participants for our adolescent and teen groups and disordered eating group therapy.
